How to Order with Instant ID

 

 

 

Step 1.

The easiest way to place an order is to email your requirements to sales@instantid.com.au though you are welcome to phone us on 1300 492 533 should you have any questions or are unsure what to do.

Please do not forget to include.

  • Your contact details: name, address, phone number, email
  • The product/s that you wish to enquire about i.e badge, size, finish, fastener, logo or any special colour need or font that is required.  You can email a sample of an existing badge or product if you want them to be the same.
  • The number required.
  • Date you need the order completed by.

Step 2.

We will provide you with a quote or contact you if we need further information.  We can also assist if you are unsure of what you would like or how you want it set out.

Step 3.

Any logo, photo or graphics required should be sent to us in one of the following formats - bmp, jpg or tiff, with a minimum of 300 dpi.  EPS or CDR(created with Corel Draw) formats are the best if you have them.  If an electronic version of your graphic is not available, we may be able to scan logo's from letterheads, business cards etc and reproduce the graphic as clearly as possible.  In most cases an artwork fee does not apply, but if you require us to re-design or modify your existing logo then that will attract a fee.  Feel free to speak to us about your requirements. 


Step 4.

Upon confirmation that you wish to proceed we will prepare the artwork for you to check and advise amendments or confirm as correct.


Payment

A 10% deposit is required upon confirmation of your order. The outstanding balance must be paid prior to dispatch unless other arrangements have been made. Payment methods will be emailed to you upon confirmation of order. We accept direct bank deposit, cheques or cash.

Your order will be safely packaged and mailed to the requested address or delivered if local.
